SALARY : R138 486 per annum (Level 02)

REQUIREMENTS : A minimum of ABET qualification. No experience. Special necessities (Skills needed): Knowledge of a confined vary of work tactics such as planning and organizing, gear use, meals preparation, etc.

DUTIES : Rendering help with the training and serving of food/drinks in all its types by: Hygienically training (i.e. wash, reduce and cook) and serving of food. Preparing and serving tea, espresso and drinks. Supplying water on eating tables. Keeping kitchen, eating corridor and meals storage areas easy and tidy. Removing all kitchen waste. Packing elements obtained in the meals storage areas. Washing and cleansing up after meals. Setting tables (including ornament thereof). Waiting on tables. Ensure solely approved personnel have get admission to to kitchen and/or devour meals. Ensure serviceability of tools and document any defects or shortages. Apply a high preferred of hygiene as properly as security measures in work environment.
