Clover Bloemfontein Distribution Branch is searching for an skilled Team Leader: Warehouse (Night Shift) to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations in the course of the night time shift. The profitable candidate will be accountable for managing subordinates, making sure that all operational things to do are carried out successfully and in accordance with corporation procedures, and retaining excessive requirements of productivity, accuracy, and housekeeping.
Requirements
Grade 12 or equal NQF4
Tertiary Qualification in Supply chain, Logistics – Advantageuos
Minimum of 2–3 years’ trip in a warehouse supervisory or crew chief role
Willingness to work night time shift only.
Location in Bloemfontein – advantageous
Business English: Fluent
Computer literacy
Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage subordinates
Control time and attendance to attain set goals
Supervise and manipulate warehouse group of workers all through the night time shift.
Communicate and encourage crew to make sure output goals are met
Discipline group participants when necessary, as per Clover process and policy
Assist Distribution Manager to control leave
Assist with managing and arranging all inventory takes
Ensure environment friendly administration strategies are executed
Assist in controlling the warehouse processes
Assist in stopping shrinkage and losses whilst receiving, picking, packing, loading and storing
Ensure temperature control, no bay doorways to be left open
Ensure perfect housekeeping
Ensure that the working location is usually neat and tidy
Ensure secure working prerequisites and record deviations
Ensure to have all MHE/Forklift licenses are up to date
Ensure workforce usually adhere to general Health & Safety requirement
