Purpose
Provide efficient, accurate, and pleasant provider whilst managing client transactions and front-counter operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process patron orders and repayments accurately.
Operate POS structures and troubleshoot simple issues.
Handle cash, card, and digital repayments responsibly.
Issue receipts and control refunds or exchanges.
Promote specials and upsell products.
Manage patron queues effectively.
Resolve primary client queries and complaints.
Maintain cleanliness and agency of the counter area.
Balance money and put up end-of-shift reports.
Protect employer belongings and forestall losses.
