Job Description
Support the shop supervisor in managing the every day operations of a save to make sure that the normal objectives, keep ambitions and patron carrier requirements are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
Stock Management:
Ensure that inventory is precisely acquired & unpacked to merchandise and fill up the income floor.
Monitor and manipulate inventory tiers thru described approaches to mitigate dangers (stock loss) and make sure ample inventory on hand.
Oversee the ordinary protection of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards.
Authorise write offs, breakages, recollects and returns.
Sales Growth & Profitability:
Analyse income & profitability reviews in shop to collaborate with administration on required operational motion plans, extend income overall performance and reveal shop expenditure.
Review and maintain abreast of in-store product overall performance to supply remarks to help centre and beautify sales.
Identify and suggest new possibilities to amplify income and company awareness.
Risk Management:
Conduct compliance tests via described strategies to make sure and implement universal compliance to insurance policies and procedures.
Customer Experience Management:
Ensure and hold the implementation of consumer ride procedures to meet patron carrier standards.
Leadership & Development:
Lead and power the group inside a shop to attain save KPIs and operational approach in line with enterprise values.
Identify & pressure training, teaching and improvement wishes with a focal point on brain administration and succession planning.
Recruit, administer & manipulate overall performance in accordance with employer insurance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Grade: 12.
2 to three Years’ Experience in a Supervisory/Assistant Store Management capacity.
Understanding of Sales & Service Management.
Budgeting Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Effective Communication Skills
Understanding of Retail Trade.
Understanding of Brand, Customer & Product.
