Introduction
The function is accountable for supply income at the same time as effecting acceptable/attractive GP to outlets and growing cost at retail in the HMR department.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
•To discover approaches to amplify Retailer’s HMR gross income and sales
•To aid shops with ranging and menu format for the HMR department
•To help shops with recipes and recipe costings for the the HRM department
•To help shops with inventory and order manage in HMR department
•To aid shops with manufacturing planning to maximize HMR productivity
•To aid shops with implementation of accurate hygiene and meals security requirements in department
•To aid task managers with keep revamps and new shop openings
•To advocate on the purchasing, plan and upkeep of HMR of branch equipment
•To grant coaching to outlets on the National Service Department Library
•To perceive meals developments and put into effect in stores
Desired Experience & Qualification
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
•Grade 12
•National Diploma: Food Service Management or comparable qualification
•Minimum three to five years’ trip in Food Service & Foods Preparation
•1 12 months journey in Managing a Kitchen
•Computer literacy
•Financial / commercial enterprise experience
•Retail experience
