Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sustained Volume and Revenue Growth
Achieve agreed annualised volume, value, and margin objectives for Strategic Distributors thru superb execution of channel strategies, OBPPC principles, and disciplined income increase management.
High-Performing Strategic Distributor Partnerships
Build and preserve strong, together recommended relationships with Strategic Distributors, making sure alignment to the Annual Business Plan (ABP), clear overall performance expectations, and constant transport towards KPIs.
Improved Forecast Accuracy and Stock Availability
Contribute to correct demand planning by using presenting timely, data-driven inputs into income forecasts, lowering out-of-stocks (OOS), enhancing stock health, and aiding On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
Ensure Strategic Distributors constantly comply with buying and selling terms, savings policies, fantastic standards, health and protection requirements, and felony obligations, safeguarding company integrity and enterprise assets.
Effective Financial and Credit Management
Optimise deposit allocation and price overall performance with the aid of working intently with Finance, Credit, and Accounts groups to make sure adherence to savings terms, extended money flow, and decreased monetary risk.
Successful Execution of Strategic Initiatives
Drive the rollout and adoption of key commercial enterprise initiatives (e.g. cashless solutions, gadget enhancements, new product launches) to enhance distributor capability, efficiency, and industrial outcomes.
Enhanced Customer Service Levels
Continuously enhance provider shipping through monitoring distributor KPIs, resolving operational bottlenecks, enhancing truck TAT, and making sure superior inventory administration and excellent in trade.
Data Integrity and System Enablement
Maintain excessive requirements of grasp information integrity inside ERP and ordering platforms, enabling dependable reporting, decision-making, and seamless operational execution.
Skills, Experience & Education
Education

A applicable formal qualification associated to Business Management, Logistics, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience

4-6 years’ ride inside a Commercial and/or Logistics environment.
Proven song report in a Sales and/or Operations environment.
Intermediate to superior trip the use of MS Office.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) device (Warehousing and Distribution) trip will be an advantage.
