REQUIREMENTS : National Senior Certificate with three – 5 years’ trip in laundry as a Laundry Supervisor. Computer literate (Attach proof), Certificate in Laundry Management will be delivered advantage. Knowledge of widely wide-spread work, housekeeping and cleansing services. Problem fixing skills. Ability to manipulate interpersonal war and unravel problems. Good communication, report

DUTIES : Writing and supplying every day reports. Guide and Discipline staff. Asset control. Attending to Client challenges. Constant remark of section. Observe manufacturing when began and leaving factories. Control of equipment (switching off and locking up. Communicate with Clients in accordance to Service Level Agreement. Report damaged machines and follow-up. Control rotation of Supervisors. Contracting of workforce and quarterly evaluation. Develop work schedules and allocation listing (duty roster).Check compliance on hygiene and contamination manipulate in the provision of normal work and associated offerings in the factory. Monitor storage and safeguarding of cleansing cloth and equipment. Monitor and facilitate activities protection and restore of electrical or mechanical malfunctioning of Laundry machines and different associated equipment. Periodically take a look at inventory stages and location orders for general, housekeeping and cleaning offerings in the Laundry. Work shifts which includes weekends and public holidays.
