An Assistant Manager is guilty for relieving the Store Manager in their absence and assists in keeping organization requirements of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.
Responsibilities
Banking of cash
Relieve save supervisor
Maintain corporation requirements of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and safety
Ensure compliance of all agency tactics
Assist keep supervisor in administration of staff
Ensure the front quit controls are in area
Oversee the money workplace
Minimize inventory loss Customer Service

Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level four
Previous ride managing humans
Previous ride managing a branch
Previous garb retail ride would be noticeably fantastic
