As a Creditors Clerk, you will be instrumental in making sure unique reconciliation and environment friendly processing of payments, contributing appreciably to the accuracy and effectiveness of our monetary operations. Main cause is to: To system repayments to suppliers turning in items for resale.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of a matric qualification (Grade 12)
Strong skillability in Microsoft Excel
Working know-how of the lenders function
Proficiency in SAP Finance will be an advantage
Attentive to detail, making sure accuracy in all tasks
Strong conversation and listening skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in mathematical and accounting skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare repayments to suppliers
Maintain weekly and month-to-month accounts
Automatic and guide matching of statements on SAP
Reconciling the accounts
Rebate postings
Follow up and unravel high-quality values and/or discrepancies on recons.
Prepare month-to-month reporting schedule’s off recons
