Duties & Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Control universal bakery costs to make certain the prices are maintained inside the budget.
Providing terrific consumer provider to supply clients an brilliant experience.
Assist clients to locate merchandise that they are searching for.
Ensuring that items are successfully priced and displayed.
To undertake any different applicable obligations requested by using Management.
Lead in inventory takes and inventory counts.
Ensure promotions are completed timeously and execution is planned.
Maintain meals security hygiene standards/according to shops insurance policies and procedures.
To effectively work at the factor of sale and keep excessive stages of accuracy when scanning merchandise.
Assist in the prevention of inventory shrinkage.
Keeping the shop tools clean.

Design and enforce cleansing time table for branch and for all tools and services daily.
Ensure right chemical compounds and approaches are used to keep a sanitized and pest free environment.
Conduct spot assessments to make certain correct expenses are being maintained.
Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12.
Baker’s certificates will be advantageous
Excellent client carrier skills.
24-36 Months journey working in a Retail environment.
Problem fixing skills.
Good verbal exchange skills.
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
High degree of integrity.
