REQUIREMENTS : An suitable countrywide senior certificate/grade 12 certificates (Vocational) / (NCV) Level four certificate. DUTIES : The incumbent will be accountable to render ordinary clerical guide services: record, organize, store, seize and retrieve correspondence and records (line function); replace registers statistics; manage pursuits enquiries; make photocopies and obtain or ship facsimiles; distribute documents/ programs to a variety of stakeholders as required; maintain and hold the submitting machine for the
