REQUIREMENTS : An gorgeous B Degree (NQF degree 7) or Three (3) yr Diploma (NQF 6). Minimum two years applicable ride in the area of Finance and Administration. Demonstrable competency in appearing Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Experience in money dealing with and money management. Knowledge of law and guidelines pertaining to PFMA Act, Treasury rules and different authorities associated legislations. Knowledge of Accounting and Asset Management. Knowledge of the MISS document. Good Communication, liaison and presentation skills. Computer Literacy, along with Microsoft workplace suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Ability to work independently and below pressure. Willingness to travel. Good administration skills. People administration and empowerment. Planning and prioritizing skills. Problem fixing and selection making. A legitimate driver’s license required.

DUTIES : Ensure desirable administration of the funds together with money management, inner financial institution transfers and EFT Payments. Ensure desirable usage, administration and replenishment of the workplace Petty Cash. Proper record administration of all monetary transactions on the covert accounts. Compilation and timeous submission of money e book & petty money register. Assisting in contributing to cash flow request by means of making sure right inputs to the regional budget. Process and aid in the administration of all repayments and transactions of covert accounts. Assist in the provisioning of touring and lodging services. Responsible for right economic reporting and administration. Ensure expenditure is entire and correct. Conduct significant verbal exchange as it relates to operational and administration of finances. Work beneath strain and make sure adherence to timelines.
