REQUIREMENTS : A three 12 months tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration/Human Resources management/Public members of the family or associated field. Relevant experience. Knowledge of Procurement and smooth regulations, occupational fitness and safety, Labour Relations Act, Public Finance Management Act. Skills: numeracy, interpersonal and diplomacy skills, advisory skills, supervisory skills, commonplace administration and organisational skills, Computer skills, analytical wondering hassle fixing skills, conversation and file writing abilities. Creativity, potential to work below disturbing situations, capacity to talk at all levels, human beings orientated, punctuality, assertive, hardworking self-motivated, capability to work independently. Willing to adapt to work time table in accordance with workplace requirements. A legitimate driver’s license.

DUTIES : Facilitate the ordering, distribution of cleansing fabric and equipment. Prepare documentation for requisitions. Capture requests on LOGIS. Administer and confirm the buying of cleansing substances and equipment. Maintain elements stock by using checking inventory to decide stock level. Participate in supplier sourcing and dealer contracts management. Execute the supervision of cleansing offerings to hold hygienic environment. Administer cleansing schedules for clients. Administer requests from purchaser departments. Monitor offerings rendered by using in residence group of workers and non-public contractor. Ensure guidance and allocation of uniform for new employees. Attend to clients’ queries and complaints. Assist in making sure the implementation of Service Level Agreement
(SLA). Provide assist in economic administration for cleansing services. Provide finances enter for cleansing services. Assist with verification invoices that come from suppliers. Assist in monitoring of expenditure in accordance to price range limits. Prepare citation estimates. Ensure that all information of the economic things to do are filed as required. Render regularly occurring administration and supervisory work.
