ADMINISTRATOR: CLIENT LIAISON REF NO: NSG 18/2022

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equal (NQF stage 4) and three 12 months country wide diploma in contact centre management, customer/frontline service, public administration or equal qualification. At least 1-2 years’ journey in patron service/communication. Knowledge: General information on the shipping of administrative / logistical /secretarial / services. Administrative knowledge. Sufficient appreciation of the NSG choices to liaise with customers in this regard. Sufficient appreciation of the public sector. Ability to report and document statistical information. Competencies/Skills: Good organisational skills. Good
logistical and analytical thinker. Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic pc literacy in the MS Office Suite, Outlook, and web application. Problem fixing skills. The capability to work as section of a team. Excellent verbal and simple written verbal exchange skills. Excellent smartphone etiquette. Personal Attributes: Systematic and organized. DUTIES : Provide environment friendly and pleasant the front desk purchaser family members service. Provide an environment friendly phone service. Receive and display screen calls and attend to primary enquiries and switch calls to applicable extensions. Provide an environment friendly visitor family members service. Receive traffic coming to the NSG for training, conferences or interviews and help them to discover meant venues and persons. Issue training delegate traveller cards. Provide site visitors with applicable facts such as advertising materials, brochures, and education calendars. Channel calls and inquiries for coaching publications to the contact centre. Receive and report hand delivered archives consisting of job functions and seize fundamental statistics for report functions and post to applicable unit. Receive hand delivered Portfolio of Evidence (POE’s) from learners, document and post to the applicable unit. Provide administrative workplace support, records, and each day information to
supervisor. Management of parking for visitors. Maintain NSG phone database and make certain positive and functioning telecommunication equipment.
