ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: EXAMINATION REGISTRATION ANDMONITORING REF NO: DHET 24/08/2022

REQUIREMENTS : An excellent bachelor’s degree/national diploma in Public Management/Education or an equal qualification. A minimal of three (3) to 5 (5) years’ ride in the conducting monitoring and administration of examination and evaluation in TVET faculties with at least three (3) supervisory experience. The candidate should additionally possess section of qualification courses in Strategic Public Human Resource Management at a greater stage on the grounds that the submit is a managerial post. Must possess a sound expertise of tendencies of education and monitoring of countrywide examinations. DUTIES : This will encompass however is no longer restricted to: Ensure and manipulate the compilation of scheduled schools to be visited per province for monitoring at least 9 instances a year. Manage appointments and reporting by way of exterior video display units Scheduling and conducting of monitoring the behavior of examinations and website visits to public and registered personal schools Manage, supervise, plan, train, and consider workforce in the monitoring unit. Must be capable to tour and educate officers on the habits and coverage prescripts of examinations in schools at least twice a year. Design and Develop registration, State of readiness and monitoring tools. Collating and writing of country wide behavior of examinations reports, letters, and submissions applicable to monitoring and State of Readiness examinations. Oversee registration of Examination Centers and maintain an up to date database Create and hold an environment friendly filling and monitoring machine for sub-directorate, Statistics – Compile weekly/Monthly operational information and reports. Manage purposes for concessions as per coverage directive. Liaison with areas and DHET officers concerning registration, monitoring and behavior of State of Readiness and examination centres. Manage overall performance of staff/human resources.
