REQUIREMENTS : A minimal of Grade Ten (10) or National Certificate (Vocational) Level two Skills and Competencies: Basic literacy, numeracy and conversation skills. Ability to examine and write. Ability to function fundamental machines and equipment. Willing to work prolonged hours, when necessary.
DUTIES : Maintain a excessive stage of hygiene in the workplace. Perform duties of a events nature such as dusting working environment, sprucing furniture, vacuuming carpets and mopping the floors, elimination of waste and stopping littering; and cleansing bathrooms, kitchen, boardrooms and passages. Serve refreshments in boardrooms as and when requested. Keep and preserve cleansing substances and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS : A minimal of National Diploma (NQF Level 06) in Public Administration/Public Affairs/Public Management. A certificates in Archives and Records Management will be an introduced advantage. A minimal of two years’ journey in data administration or auxiliary services. A legitimate driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of legislative frameworks governing information management. Knowledge of registry operations. Must have exact verbal and written conversation skills, hassle fixing skills, interpersonal relations, laptop literacy, file writing, planning and organizing skills.
DUTIES : Supervise and supply registry counter services. Supervise the managing of incoming and outgoing correspondences. Render positive submitting and files administration services. Supervise the operations and function workplace machines in relation to the registry function. Supervise the processing of files for archiving. Supervise staff.
