REQUIREMENTS : An fantastic bachelor’s degree/national diploma (NQF Level 6) in Communication Studies /Media Studies /Journalism/ Public Relations/ Marketing. A minimal of one (1) to two (2) years of working journey in the applicable field. News writing expertise. Proficiency in at least three (3) official
languages. Knowledge and sensible working journey in information writing, reviewing, and proofreading. Knowledge and appreciation of media management. DUTIES : To cope with a number of things associated to interior and exterior verbal exchange in the Regional Office. Conduct fundamental lookup on things associated to communication. Annual calendars, Event programmes, Greeting cards, nameplates for officers inside the Department, Design, and format of publications for printing, and sketch draft for printing companies. Update facts on the Departmental internet site and liaise with the internet site dressmaker on things associated thereto. Handle quite a number things related to the drafting of responses to media- and press releases, newsletters, and articles. Rendering photographer offerings to the Department. Monitor media insurance and collect a synoptic document of troubles that have an effect on and/or influence the Departments toward informing gorgeous responses by the applicable authority. Arrange and /Or aid with the association and/or coordination of departmental activities to promote the photograph of the branch in the Region. Represent the unit in a number meetings.
