REQUIREMENTS : A National Higher Diploma/ BTech in the Built Environment discipline and a minimal of four years’ and six months trip in the Built Environment/Honours diploma in Built Environment filed with a minimal of three years’ experience. Compulsory registration with the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager. A legitimate driver’s license. Computer literacy, Knowledge and perception of the following Acts: Public Finance Management Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act as nicely as Building Regulations and Environmental Conservation Act, Knowledge and appreciation of the Government Procurement System, properly planning, monetary and finances skills, Sound analytical and correct written and verbal verbal exchange skills; Knowledge and perception of the JBCC and GCC structure of contract.
