REQUIREMENTS : A three 12 months tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Real Estate Management Services, Property Development and Management, Business Administration, Public Management / Administration or associated skills and with appropriate/relevant ride in property environment, task administration and management; A legitimate driver’s license. Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act; monetary administration; procurement directives and procedures; programme and assignment planning; market research; property economics; reporting procedures. Skills: Effective verbal exchange skills; superior record writing skills; laptop literacy; planning and organising; numeracy; diplomacy skills; interpersonal skills; coverage evaluation and development hassle solving; presentation skills. DUTIES : Effective administration of Departments` property- furnish pointers and inputs on drafting plans related to immovable belongings (user Assets Management plan, custodian Assets Management);ensure compliance to property legislations; ensure financial effectivity in the Departments` leasehold portfolio are in line with market trends; have interaction with amenities administration to make sure high quality cleaning, gardening and safety offerings of Departments` property; Develop and put in force Energy Efficiently Strategy; Develop and put into effect Waste Management Strategy. Management and Administration of all country amenities that are leased out. Management and administration of Acquisition and disposal of all nation facilities. Management and administration of leased property and make certain positive protection and characteristic potential of leased properties, make certain fine administration and overall performance of constructions for purchaser satisfaction; ensures that structures are straightforward and accessible; control and preserve purchaser relationship; ensures that constructing are no longer illegally occupied; Develop and put into effect danger administration strategy; Assume the role of property incubator Champion Programme ;Continuously liaise with SMU on re-engineering of Business Processes; Generate BEE records on a month-to-month and quarterly basis.
