SALARY : R882 043 per annum, (all-inclusive revenue package), (Total package deal to be structured in accordance with the guidelines of the Middle Management service)

REQUIREMENTS : A three year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration/ Real Estate Management or in the applicable field. Appropriate ride at an ASD stage in the applicable field. Knowledge of Works Control System (WCS); Basic Accounting System (BAS); Public Finance Management Act (PFMA);Treasury Regulations; Financial administration and administration; Technical understanding of the constructed environment; challenge management; building regulations; occupational fitness and safety; Emerging Contractor Development Programme; Financial administration approaches and systems; upkeep of databases and procurement procedures and systems. Skills: Advanced numeracy; organising; interpersonal skills; diplomacy; capability to observe a proactive and innovative problem; fixing approach; verbal exchange and advanced computer literacy. A Valid Driver’s License.

DUTIES : To coordinate the lodging portfolio for customer Departments. Develop, overview and keep person demand administration insurance policies and procedures: Undertake lookup on cutting-edge first-rate practices in relation to property management. Develop, put in force and hold person demand management policies, approaches and frameworks in line with relevant prescripts. Ensure compliance with associated prescripts, delegations and procedures. Communicate all property consumer demand administration insurance policies and approaches to applicable stakeholders. Establish appropriate consumer demand governance methods and internal manage measures. Coordinate the provision of lodging to customer departments: Manage the verification of lodging particulars to decide correctness. Manage the evaluation and analysis of lodging requirements. Ensure that procurement directions or predesigned statistics requests are issued to applicable provider providers. Liaise with consumer departments involving leasing issues, amenities administration and maintenance. Liaise and engage with provider carriers on normal basis. Assist patron with request for funding of lodging needs. Extract reviews and statistics on request of the purchaser and put up to verify choice lodging arrangements. Manage the co-ordination and monitoring of the price range and expenditure tiers for Client Departments -: Oversee the evaluation of finances on WCS and PACE. Monitor expenditure levels. Manage the verification of cash which are deposited in purchaser departments’ suspense account. Verify if deposited dollars are accounted for and allotted to the right services. Conduct the month-to-month reconciliation of the suspense account. Prepare price analyses for the improvement and leasing of accommodation. Align money flows, task plans and fantastic reviews per offerings on a month-to-month basis. Compile customer precise reviews of expenditure and distribute reviews to client departments. Manage the sub-directorate.
