DUTIES : Manage the improvement of Prescripts in relation to General Benefits (leave of absence, working time, PILIR, standby allowance, chance allowances, sessional assistance, Foreign Service Dispensation, allowances for personnel serving government authorities, allowance for secretaries to a head of department, night time shift allowance, etc.). Manage the provision of implementation assist to departments. Manage the monitoring of implementation and compliance. Manage the operations, structures and strategies of the Directorate.
