REQUIREMENTS : (AET/ABET) LEVEL three or equal (Grade 7).Skills/Competence/Knowledge: Knowledge in meals carrier unit practices and standards. Ability to carry and cross heavy gear and supplies. Ability to be on your ft for a length of 12 hours per day. Ability to work shifts for the duration of the day, weekends and public holidays. Ability to put together foods in accordance to standardised recipes, as nicely as safely and effectively take care of industrial equipment. Basic understanding of the meals provider hygiene and protection principles. Handle hostilities management. Responsible for meal distribution to the wards. General understanding of foodstuff, cosmetics, and disinfectants act.

DUTIES : Perform all duties emanating from the education and serving of food. Maintain hygiene and security standards. Responsible for cleanliness of the unit, kitchen equipment, utensils and meals trolleys. Assist in the receiving and secure storage of meals and different products. Ensure the segregation of meals gadgets inside the unit and stop any pass infection in the storage and instruction process.
