REQUIREMENTS : An fabulous bachelor’s degree/national diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology or equal qualification. DUTIES : To furnish Local Area Network and Desktop aid services: Creating a consumer account on laptop and laptop computer (mailbox and windows). Unlocking of password the use of AdminPack. Setting up desktops, printers, and facts projectors. Configuring mainframe applications. Provide guide for facts migration during computer setup. Provide telephonic support. Troubleshooting of all problems reported. Gather and analyse users’ troubles in ICT and furnish solutions.
