JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Experience Management:

Drive income thru the implementation of consumer trip procedures to meet client provider requirements and obtain income targets.
Meet consumer provider requirements and reap income targets. This consists of new account/membership targets.
Maintain ground housekeeping and visible merchandise standards.

Team Management:

Assist in using the crew inside a shop to gain save KPIs and operational method in line with agency values.

Stock Management:

QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12.
2 to three years’ ride in retail supervisory capacity.
Knowledge on income & provider management.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Effective Communication skills.
Business grasp of retail trade, brand, client & product.
