PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a shop group to meet commercial enterprise KPIs consisting of using sales, value control, mitigating dangers and inventory loss, administration and making sure world classification keep standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase income by using focusing on client carrier and world-class keep standards, preservation of the shop image, inventory administration and promotional implementation

Stock loss is minimised by means of having a wholesome save subculture and following protection measures, inventory and money dealing with procedures.

Manage value in accordance to the company’s low fee lifestyle with the aid of riding efficiencies in the store.

Ensure administrative obligations inside the shop are performed in accordance to the organisation guidelines.

Leading a dynamic group of Dynamos – taking duty for crew training, teaching and performance.

Standards – preserve widely wide-spread health, protection and housekeeping standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12

Proficient in English.

Relevant tertiary training – a degree/diploma in a business/retail associated discipline would be an advantage.

Ideally 1-2 years journey in a retail surroundings inside a management role.

Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – will be an advantage).

ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

A ardour for retail is indispensable to supply a world-class client experience.

Demonstrate integrity and willingness to go the more mile.

Strong interpersonal, verbal exchange and management skills

Strong Managerial skills – potential to plan, lead, organise and control.
