PEPcell Store Manager (Maphumulo)

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a save crew to meet enterprise KPIs along with using sales, value control, mitigating dangers and inventory loss, administration, and ensuring world-class shop standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase income via focusing on client provider and world-class keep standards, preservation of the keep image, inventory administration and promotional implementation
Stock loss is minimized via having a wholesome save lifestyle and following protection measures, inventory and money managing procedures.
Manage fee in accordance to the agency low value lifestyle by using using efficiencies in the store.

Leading a dynamic crew of Dynamos – taking accountability for group training, coaching, and performance.
Standards – hold widespread health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
Proficient in English.
Relevant tertiary schooling – a degree/diploma in a business/retail-related area would be an advantage.
Ideally 1-2 years trip in a retail surroundings inside a management role.
Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – will be an advantage).
