REQUIREMENTS : Matric certificates and a three (3) years’ Degree or National Diploma in HRM/ Public Administration/ Management or Equivalent Qualification as regarded by using SAQA. At least three (3) years useful journey in Human Resource Management inside the Public Service. Extensive information of PERSAL system. A legitimate code B drivers’ licence. Skills and Competencies: Computer
literacy. Knowledge of the applicable Human Resource Management Legislation/ Directives. Knowledge of PERSAL system. Good conversation competencies (written and verbal). Good interpersonal and public relation skills. Good administration and organizational skills. Customer Service Skills. Time administration and Confidentiality. Supervisory and management skills. Ability to work beneath pressure.
DUTIES : Supervise, sketch and co-ordinate the things to do of the HR Officers to make contributions to the rendering of a expert human aid administration provider e.g. Personnel development, overall performance administration and discipline, and make sure satisfactory of work. Supervise the implementation and upkeep of human resource administration practices regarding carrier advantages (Leave, Housing Medical, Injury on duty, Terminations, Long provider recognition, Overtime, relocation, Pension, allowances etc.), and HR Provisioning (Recruitment & Selection, Transfer, verification of qualifications, secretariat features at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods, etc.). Address human useful resource administration enquiries to make sure the right implementation of human
resource administration practices. Inform, information and recommendation the Department/personnel on HR Administration things to decorate the right implementation of HR Management practices. Approve transaction on PERSAL in accordance to delegations. Prepare reviews on Human Resource Administration troubles and statistics.
