REQUIREMENTS : Formal tertiary qualification in Social Work (Bachelor of Social Work) that lets in expert registration with the South African Council for Social Services Professions (SACSSP). Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as a social employee plus eight (8) years suitable journey in social work after registration as a social employee with SACSSP. Computer literate. Valid driver’s license. Competencies and Attributes: Programme development, coverage diagram development, lookup administration and development, monitoring and assessment of programmes and services. Project administration skills. Planning and organizing skills. Networking skills. Coordination skills. Communication (verbal and written) skills. DUTIES : Initiate, increase and preserve insurance policies for the provision of complete desires of females, aged and offenders with disabilities. Develop insurance policies and approaches on females, aged and disabled offenders. Conduct lookup involving females, aged and disabled offenders for positive programme planning and carrier delivery. Develop structures and mechanisms to perceive and examine offender’s needs. Ensure preservation of programme and services of females, aged and disabled offenders for implementation. Co-ordinate and facilitate the workshops of officers dealing with females, aged and disabled offenders in the transport of services. Co-ordination of things to do for country wide and global days related to females, aged and disabled offenders. Networking, session and intersectoral liaison with applicable interior and exterior position gamers involving programmes and offerings to the females, aged, and disabled offenders. Create attention inside the department on females, aged and disabled offenders. Participate in the coordination and facilitation of all departmental things to do to be in line with country wide and global norms and standards. Monitoring and comparison of offerings and programmes in admire of females, aged and disabled offenders. Management of human resources, finance and assets.
