PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for industrial administration things to do of the mine. This consists of using profitability, perception business interdependencies & activities, and making sure governance, threat & statutory compliance of contractors.

Provides course and administration of procurement things to do for the organisation.

Responsible for the warehousing feature and activities.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Financial Perspective

Financial and budgetary effectiveness:

· Provide enter into the annual procurement price range that represents the excellent estimate of charges and helps the attainment of the company and applicable commercial enterprise unit’s monetary objectives.

Internal Business Process Perspective

Contract implementation management:

Oversight of business contract processes, including:

· Invitation to tender.

· Tender evaluation.

· Awarding of contracts.

· Contract implementation.

· Contract overall performance measurement.

Management of contractor relationships, addressing contract-related problems, incorporating essential adjustments or changes in the contract, and actively interacting with the contractor to obtain the contract’s objectives.

Procurement:

1. Oversight of procurement strategies aligned with procurement first-class practices and relevant governance and felony frameworks, including:

· Procure to pay.

· Purchase planning.

· Specification development.

· Supplier lookup and selection.

· Vendor screening.

· Price negotiation.

· Value analysis.

· Managing the E-Procurement System and related activities.

1. Ensures that the implementation of small enterprise organization and nearby entity improvement is achieved.

2. Responsible for making sure procurement in time, and at the nice fee to reap commercial enterprise goals thru authorized gentle approaches and making use of first-rate practices.

2. Negotiate or approve contracts or agreements with suppliers, distributors, or different organisational entities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION/S

Relevant postgraduate qualification with specialisation in commercial/ enterprise administration (NQF eight or above).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant bachelor’s diploma or diploma with specialisation in commercial/business administration (i.e. BCom. Accounting/Commerce – NQF 7).

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• 5-10 years journey in commercial, procurement management, and/or contract management.

• 3-5 years ride in a senior administration role.

• Experience in commodity markets and trading.
