REQUIREMENTS : Matric/Grade 12 or applicable NQF degree 6 qualification in Agriculture. and profitable completion of the Correctional Science Learnership/ Basic Training/ Induction Training Course (ITC). 10 years applicable trip received at the entry degree manufacturing put up (CB 1) or for a individual appointed with a applicable NQF stage 6 qualification, no preceding trip is required for appointment to this post. DUTIES : Capture, problem and acquire vouchers on Agriculture system. Capture order numbers on Agriculture system. Ensure compliance with finance and logistical procedures. Create Log 1 requisitions. Handling enquiries of magnificent documents. Collect and print orders from Supply Chain. Update laptop and archives involving clearances. Conduct property and stock control. Appoint asset controllers. Monthly verification of belongings and replace and hold asset registers. Management information. Printing of inventory on hand reports, empty reports for undertaking managers monthly. Collect and signal off interior cleansing fabric for tasks at Logistics. Management of resources. Management of overall performance information.
