Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
PRP Function:
Ensure each day group of workers clocking data are right and valid.
Calculate and screen group of workers hours, record trends, and bring together extra time for administration approval.
Investigate and make sure depart varieties are accurate.
HR Function:
Organize, maintain, and replace personnel data in interior databases.
Manage an HR assistant and deal with all HR-related correspondence.
Provide preparation to group of workers on insurance policies and procedures.
Assist in recruitment, job postings, and hiring processes.
Support worker inductions, transfers, and exit interviews.
IR Function:
Investigate incidents, manipulate worker relations, and supply practise on disciplinary processes.
Counsel personnel and help managers with warfare resolution.
Efficiently control the complaint process.
Staff Uniforms:
Order, issue, and manage workforce uniforms.
Stationery Management:
Order, issue, and manipulate workplace stationery.
