To maximise sustainable liquor store income by:
- Supporting, monitoring, co-ordinating the high-quality administration of the liquor store staff
- Assuring dependable inventory availability
- Minimising shrinkage and wastage
- Meeting and exceeding purchaser expectations

Safety requirements in the Liquor Store and the self-discipline to put into effect these standards
Knowledge of the National Liquor Act of 2003
