About the Limpopo Traffic Officer Learnership Programme 2026
The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety has opened purposes for 204 Traffic Learner Officer Learnership possibilities for 2026.
This is a 12-month learnership programme aimed at younger South Africans who are passionate about street safety, visitors law enforcement and serving their communities.
Successful candidates will bear structured coaching at the Traffic College, inclusive of study room learning, realistic coaching and bodily development.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants have to meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 / NQF Level four qualification recognized through SAQA
Must be between 18 and 35 years old
Must have a legitimate driver’s licence
Must have no crook record
Must no longer have seen tattoos
Must be medically fit
Must be mentally fit
Must be bodily in shape to bear strenuous training
Must no longer have been declared unfit to possess a firearm below the Firearms Control Act or associated legislation
Knowledge and Skills Required
Applicants need to have:
Ability to force a motor vehicle
Good verbal conversation skills
Good written conversation skills
