Purpose of the Job
To power relationships and Business possibilities at New Mining bills the place Engen has no presence. To construct and control a sustainable new enterprise pipeline. Responsible for the coordination of new tenders collectively with key enterprise stakeholders.

Baseline
NQF Level 7 (Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Engineering)
8 years journey in Business Development in the Mining business
Advantageous
Degree in Marketing or Engineering
Lubricants Knowledge
Experience in dealing with Mine Managers
What you will be doing
PEOPLE POLICY, PLANNING & STRATEGY
- Develop and Implement New Business Strategy for Mining (Hunter)
- Liaising with Key selection makers at New Mining operations – instance Mining managers and engineers, Purchasing/Procurement
- Work with Engen Technical to run trials and product endorsement at New Mining money owed
- Identify new commercial enterprise possibilities with New Mining accounts
ORGANISATIONAL ANALYSIS
- Drive New Business possibilities in the Mining region and related segments the place relevant (selected construction/Industrial accounts, Mining Contractors)
- Focus on New Business
- Drive Sector Strategies to new Mining accounts
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- Strong focal point on KPI’s Example, two New Mining money owed per 12 months and Improve Mining Pipeline.
- Increase Engen’s Market share in the Mining Sector.
- Drive Strategic benefit over competitors. Example Fluidlink, IOT’s, CEM, VIP
- Trials and Product conversions success rate.
CAPABILITY MANAGEMENT
- Drive and strengthen the New Mining account method
- Effective Call planning for New Mining debts
- Work with Engen Support to supply KPI’s
- Purely New Mining Business Focus
