We are searching for devoted and expert Hotel Security Officers to be a part of our group at a prestigious FIVE-STAR hotel. In this role, you will center of attention on making sure the security and protection of our company and group of workers whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the resort premises to stop and observe symptoms of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond at once to incidents, together with however no longer constrained to protection breaches, disturbances, and visitor inquiries.
- Ensure that protection equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems, is operational and file any malfunctions to management.
- Provide notable consumer provider via helping visitors and addressing their security-related concerns.
- Collaborate with inn administration and team of workers to uphold protection protocols and beautify safety measures.
- Maintain correct logs and reviews of day by day activities, incidents, and observations.
- Conduct ordinary tests of visitor areas, making sure a impervious surroundings at all times.
- Participate in coaching and improvement packages to beautify your protection competencies and knowledge.
Requirements
Valid Grade A/B Psira Certificate
Atleast 3-5 years journey in a supervisory function or hospitality setting
Well Spoken in English and can talk fluently
Neatly groomed man or woman
Computer literate
Matric
Should be capable to tour to Cape Town, Tokai areas
Additional Qualifications
- First Aid, Fire Fighting, Health and security certification.
- Additional language skillability is a plus.
- Familiarity with protection technological know-how and systems.
