REQUIREMENTS : Qualification and Competencies: A National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/Matric or ABET/AET at NQF stage four as recognized via the South African Qualifications Authority [SAQA]. DUTIES : Perform any of the following responsibilities and/or any different everyday obligations as allotted and directed from time to time per operational wants of the facility: General: Load and offload. Assist Artisans and Tradesmen Aids. Keep equipment protected and clean. Maintain the grounds of the facility. Porter: Transport sufferers using stretcher or wheelchair to / from wards or departments or any different region of the health facility. Carry patients. Take corpses to the mortuary. Clean / wash stretchers and wheelchairs. Minor renovation of stretchers and wheelchairs. Laundry Aid: Accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing linen on a daily basis to hospital, clinics and EMS services. Correct handling, receiving and dispatch of dirty and smooth linen to the wards and clinics in accordance to internal protocol and contamination manipulate measures. Cleaning of laundry and laundry
equipment on day by day basis. Follow and adhere to Health and Safety Regulations. Cleaner: Perform cleansing offerings in offices, passages, ablution amenities etc. Emptying dustbins & selecting up waste. Perform any different cleansing duties.
