Qualification needed:

A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric

Experience required:

Minimum of two years ride store ground retail ride inside a apparel retail environment

Knowledge and competencies required:

Communication skills

Interpersonal skills

Time management

Basic Outlook skills

The capacity to:

  • Identify possibilities for enhancements

A thorough perception of Visual Merchandising specs and the interpretation thereof (a aptitude for VM)

Key duties include:

Store Image

Implementation of VM required things to do for a unique period

Ensure steady VM requirements to beautify the client experience

Store photo evaluated weekly and possibilities identified

Use of all VM resources

Ensure VM property are maintained and properly managed (equipment and POS)

Contribution to Turnover & Expense Management

Stock replenishment is monitored day by day and any ignored possibilities are communicated to the Store Manager for splendid motion to be taken

Ensure that all VM directions and/or necessities are actioned timeously

Communication and Feedback

Communicate all keep tips by using VM sources to all shop Phadimas

Monitor all weekly/monthly directions and talk with the crucial function players

VM checklists filed for future reference

Orders are communicated to Store Management/DSM and observed up on

Customer Relationships

Assists the Store Manager to unravel VM associated complaints & queries

Shows dedication to improving the stage of VM standards & product understanding to construct higher relationships with fellow Phadimas

Plays an energetic position in making sure that the VM requirements are adhered to for new save openings

Training

Ensures TMTs related to VM standards are performed and communicated with the Store Manager

Initiates on-the-job coaching for fellow Phadimas to instruct on visible standards

Participates in SBU workshops and takes learnings thru to very own save for increased results
