Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum two years’ payroll experience, ideally in retail Strong know-how of BCEA and tax regulations
Proficient in Excel and payroll structures such as SAP Payroll, Dynamique Payroll, and Super time
Excellent conversation and interpersonal skills Strong interest to element and problem-solving ability
Ability to work underneath stress and meet deadlines Ethical and expert with a sturdy feel of responsibility
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage payroll records which include new hires, terminations, promotions, leave, and different body of workers movements.
Ensure correct payroll processing and well timed corrections.
Prepare applicable payroll documentation such as certificates of carrier and UI19 forms.
Handle payroll queries from employees, managers, and 0.33 parties.
Perform month-end techniques along with third-party repayments and price reconciliations.
Maintain correct submitting and reporting for audit purposes.
