SALARY : R144 024 – R169 656 per annum (Level 02)
CENTRE : Naval Base Simon’s Town (Buffer’s Party: FCHQ)

REQUIREMENTS : A minimal of ABET qualification. No journey required. Special necessities (Skills needed): Ability to talk correctly (verbal) in English. Basic information of Health and Safety. Knowledge of precise cleansing procedures and aids. Knowledge of fundamental renovation of equipment with low degree of complexity in working it. Knowledge of fundamental hand tools and cleansing equipment. Ability to function cleansing machines. Ability to function events tasks. Ability to work in a crew and individually. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Must be bodily suit to function cleansing duties.

DUTIES : Perform cleansing associated obligations in places of work or different amenities as decided through supervisor i.e. sweeping, vacuuming, window cleaning, dusting, sprucing furnishings and floors. Clean ablution facilities, kitchenettes and utensils, workshops, and vehicles, dispose of waste etc. Report any defects in the workplace. Successful applicant can be anticipated to be a crew leader. Assist with the education of and the introduction and use of tools to subordinate personnel.
