Key Purpose

Skills, Experience & Education
Education

National Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or associated field
Relevant three 12 months publish matric qualification (N6 or S4 Diploma) and technical and/or manufacturing administration experience.
Experience

5–8 years in manufacturing operations, with at least three years in a supervisory or administration capacity
Proven music document in managing high-volume manufacturing environments, ideally FMCG or beverage industry

Skills

Strong information of manufacturing and bottling operations
Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or comparable methodologies
