REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate and an terrific diploma or diploma or equal qualification. Three to 5 years of ride at an Assistant Director degree executing stakeholder administration and workplace administration duties. Knowledge of Stakeholder family members insurance policies and law Inter-governmental guidelines, Government large policies. Ability to interpret and observe insurance policies and legislations. DUTIES : To control army veterans programmes in the regions. Implement policies and techniques that relates to provincial workplace administration and stakeholder relations. Co-ordinate provincial capabilities improvement packages for navy veterans. Assist army veterans with and co-ordinate employment placement programmes. Initiate and co-ordinate army veteran’s provincial honours, ceremonials and heritage functions. Manage carrier degree agreements with line functions and different departments. Co-ordinate the provision of posthumous offerings which are heritage, burials, re-burials, exhumations and repatriation for / of navy veterans. Manage the provision of army veterans with first line help on their offerings and benefits. Manage the compilation and renovation of provincial army veteran’s profiles. Manage provincial military veteran’s aid systems. Manage the institution and functioning of a totally purposeful provincial office. Manage the implementation and supervision of the provincial operational plan. Co-ordinate the improvement and submission of overall performance reports. Manage stakeholder members of the family activities. Implement regulatory framework in relation to stakeholder management. Establish and preserve sound members of the family with stakeholders. Implement
stakeholder administration interventions. Identify challenges associated to the administration of stakeholders and devise fantastic interventions to manipulate such challenges. Develop and facilitate the signing of carrier stage agreements. Engage with stakeholders on things of frequent pastime and provoke negotiations for the signing of the MOU. Manage all the administrative and logistical problems earlier than the departments enters into an MOU with a stakeholder. Guide the branch in relation to precautions and focal point areas in as some distance as the MOU is concerned.
