REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12. Three (3) years’ ride in driving. Completion of an superior driver’s direction will be an advantage. Knowledge of the cities in which the features will be performed. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Knowledge of the processes to function a motor vehicle. Knowledge on how to reap outing authorities, completion of logbooks, acquiring consumables (e.g. petrol) and simple offerings (e.g. fixing a flat tyre). Knowledge of the prescripts for the right utilization of a motor car e.g. how and for what functions can the motor automobile be utilized and what are the requirements for the protected storage of the vehicle. Knowledge of the approaches to observe to make sure that the motor car is accurate maintained. Plan and organize. Punctuality. Confidentiality. DUTIES : Responsibilities: Drive mild and medium motor cars to transport the Chief Deputy Commissioner and supply gadgets (mail and documents). Do routine maintenance on the allotted car and file defects timeously. Complete all the required and prescribed data and log books with regard to the vehicle
and the items handled. Render a clerical support/messenger carrier in the office of the Chief Deputy Commissioner. Collect and supply archives from the publish office. Distribute archives in and outdoor of the department. Keep accurate report of all authentic trips. Manage assets.
