EPWP Programme Employment Opportunity

EPWP Employment possibility presently exists for 1X Skilled Environmental Monitor Admin at Mapungubwe National Park & World Heritage Site. The above-stated function is a fixed-term contract up to the cease of 31 March 2027.

The appointed participant or Environmental Monitor will be paid a wage charge of R 311.00 per day as per Expanded Public Works Programme rates.

Requirements
Matric/Grade 12/NCV degree 4.
Other applicable qualification will be introduced as advantage.
Willing to work bendy hours e.g. weekends & after hours.
Proficient in English and on different reputable languages with suitable written and verbal skills.
Must be in precise bodily health.
Understanding of primary standards of Health & Safety.
Knowledge of Computer programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others.
First Aid and Health and Safety Certificate delivered advantage.
Successful candidate will have to endure clinical health via a Medical practioner.
Responsibilities
Field facts series and shooting of records onto a computer.
General administration – inclusive of timesheets, logbooks, Booking Conservation fleet services, upkeep works and reports.
Field guards, Tourism Monitors and EM’s Time sheets and repayments schedule.
Assist with get entry to manage things to do i.e Staff, overtimes and assets.
Minutes taking and Filling.
Assist with Park administration things to do as requested through Section Rangers and Senior Section Ranger.
Assist with procurements in the area and ordering Securities, Ranger uniforms.
Assist Section Rangers, Senior Section Ranger and conservation department personnel individuals with s&t claims and audits.
Assist with administration responsibilities for BSP monitoring project.
