ROLE PURPOSE
To aid the accountant with the aid of performing correct and well timed accounting tasks, with a center of attention on constant asset management, reconciliations, economic reporting, and compliance. This function will make sure that economic statistics is suitable recorded, monitored, and suggested to help with operational decision-making.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Fixed Asset Management & Capitalization:
Assist in identifying, reviewing, and recording new capital bills in accordance with employer coverage and accounting standards.
Track depreciation and aid with month-to-month depreciation calculations.
Support periodic asset audits and reconciliations.
Assist with scrapping or disposing of constant assets.
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
Post journal entries to the prevalent ledger precisely and timely.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare aiding schedules for monetary statements, together with accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable and Payable Support:
Assist with processing invoices and payments.
Reconcile provider statements and make certain accuracy of balances.
Assist with debts payable processing, supplier announcement reconciliation, and accruals.
Support series approaches and make certain consumer money owed are reconciled.
Compliance & Controls:
Ensure all monetary transactions comply with organisation insurance policies and applicable accounting requirements (IFRS for SMEs).
Assist in retaining suitable documentation and interior controls for all accounting processes.
Ad hoc Support:
Assist in monetary initiatives or device implementations (e.g., ERP upgrades).
Respond to ad-hoc accounting or audit queries.
Support the finance group with different duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s diploma in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
2–3 years’ applicable accounting ride (preferably in QSR environment).
Knowledge of accounting principles, constant asset accounting, and depreciation methods.
Experience with ERP structures (e.g., SAGE X3) is advantageous.
Strong Excel abilities (formulas, pivot tables, and primary reporting).
Attention to element and accuracy.
Good organizational and time administration skills.
DESIRABLE
Exposure to team reporting or multi-entity accounting.
Knowledgeable appreciation of asset administration tactics (PPE).
QSR experience.
Interest in developing into a senior accounting or economic reporting role.
