Job Description
Support the shop supervisor in managing the day by day operations of a save to make sure that the average objectives, save aims and purchaser carrier requirements are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
Stock Management:
Ensure that inventory is precisely obtained & unpacked to merchandise and top off the income floor.
Monitor and control inventory stages thru described procedures to mitigate dangers (stock loss) and make certain sufficient inventory on hand.
Oversee the usual protection of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards.
Authorise write offs, breakages, remembers and returns.
Sales Growth & Profitability:
Analyse income & profitability reviews in shop to collaborate with administration on required operational motion plans, expand income overall performance and display save expenditure.
Review and preserve abreast of in-store product overall performance to furnish comments to assist centre and beautify sales.
Identify and advise new possibilities to extend income and manufacturer awareness.
Risk Management:

Customer Experience Management:

Leadership & Development:

Qualifications
Grade: 12.
2 to three Years’ Experience in a Supervisory/Assistant Store Management capacity.
Understanding of Sales & Service Management.
Budgeting Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Effective Communication Skills
Understanding of Retail Trade.
Understanding of Brand, Customer & Product.
