Job Description
Support and help the keep supervisor in managing the day by day operations of a mr fee cash cell keep to make sure that the ordinary objectives, save objectives and patron provider requirements are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
Stock Management:
Ensure that inventory is precisely obtained & unpacked to merchandise and refill the income floor.
Monitor and manipulate inventory stages via described approaches (stock counts, inventory takes, inventory loss motion plans etc.) to mitigate dangers (stock loss) and make sure enough inventory on hand.
Oversee the average preservation of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards.
Assist with authorising write offs, breakages, recalls, OBF (out of container failures), mobile repairs and returns.
Sales Growth & Profitability:
Analyse income & profitability reviews in save to collaborate with administration on required operational motion plans, expand income overall performance and display keep expenditure.
Monitior, evaluate and maintain abreast of in-store product overall performance to supply remarks to help centre and decorate sales.

Risk Management:

Customer Experience Management:

Leadership & Development:

Qualifications
NQF stage four (Grade 12) or equivalent.
3 Years’ Experience in Retail (Management Experience Advantageous).
Understanding of Sales & Service Management.
Budgeting Skills.
Computer Literate.
Good Communication Skills
Understanding of Retail Trade.
Brand, purchaser carrier , cellular, mobile, new accounts, and insurance plan product understanding.
