Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric certificates (essential)
Minimum of five years’ ride in a Restaurant General Manager, Senior Store Manager, or equal management function inside the QSR, quickly food, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
Proven journey managing giant groups and high-volume operations
Strong monetary acumen with the capability to confidently control and file on:
Turnover and income performance
Gross Profit (GP)
Labour costs
Food costs
Net Profit
Productivity and staffing efficiencies
Waste manipulate and inventory variances
Audit rankings and operational KPIs
