SALARY : R882 042 per annum (Level 12), (all-inclusive package)

REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma in Occupational Hygiene or Environmental Health or Environmental Management PLUS Certificate on Mine Environmental Control with a minimal of three years junior administration ride in the Mining Industry, with a legitimate driver’s licence: Knowledge of: Mine Health and Safety Act and Regulations and Legal, Hazard identification and Risk Management, Public Service Staff code, DMRE coverage Skills: Ability to interpret and practice Mine Health and Safety Act, DMR coverage and staff, Management abilities planning, Leading, Organising and Controlling, Report writing and formulation, Good interpersonal relations, Be capable to advocate mining occupational
hygiene solutions, Negotiation, Language Proficiency ,computer literacy Thinking demands: Innovative thinker, Analyse conditions carefully, Make honest and sensible decisions, Receptive to hints and ideas, Be in a position to remain calm and collective at some point of challenging situations, Dynamic Personality, Receptive to hints and ideas, Analyse conditions carefully, capacity to work underneath pressure.

DUTIES : Coordinate habits and file on underground, shaft and surface audits and inspections on things touching on to occupational hygiene exposures, stressors and different things bearing on to mine occupational hygiene and take the essential enforcement motion the place necessary, Coordinate behavior and document on Investigations mine associated accidents ,contraventions and complaints
as properly as evaluation of mine accidents and tendencies to decide excessive threat mines and take terrific action, Coordinate and serve on any quintessential board of examiners, Coordinate the investigation, session and provision of enter on mine closures, prospecting rights, mining rights and permits, EMP’s and township development. Coordinate and grant inputs to regional reports, revision of mining regulations, hints and standard, and purposes of exemptions, permissions and approvals associated to occupational hygiene. Provide managerial activities.
