Introduction
The reason of this role is to make certain that guide and telephonic orders are captured effectively and timeously from the Retailers, Buyers, and Supplier Representatives so that inventory is dispatched on time and in line with shipping schedules.
Duties & Responsibilities
Telesales and associated administration
Promotional analysis
Promotional reporting
Supplier/customer management, and managing response instances and follow-up calls
Achieving the agreed ‘Tailored Service Packages’ results
Effective verbal exchange with retailers
Marketing administration aid
Punch in orders successfully in the system, while making sure that the codes and portions are correct.
Ensuring that shipping dates are in line with the Retailers requirements.
Making all modifications requested via Retailers timeously.
Substitutions of merchandise on promotion
Problem fixing i.e. any troubles that shops face e.g. overcharges, incorrect merchandise received, choosing errors, incorrect portions of merchandise obtained etc.)
Carrying out any lifelike duties requested by way of administration (ad hoc duties).
