JOB DESCRIPTION – STORES ISSUER
Job Purpose
To make certain the safe, correct and well timed receipt, storage, motion and issuing of substances to production, whilst retaining inventory accuracy and complying with company, Quality Control, fitness and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, load and offload substances and vehicles safely and efficiently.
Operate forklifts and different licensed material-handling equipment.
Issue substances precisely and on time to manufacturing in accordance to requirements.
Ensure substances are efficaciously identified, treated and stored.
Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts and aid with stocktaking activities.
Maintain correct inventory files and document inventory variances or discrepancies.
Ensure substances issued to manufacturing meet required QC requirements and specifications.
Comply with all health, safety, environmental and fantastic procedures.
Maintain desirable housekeeping and 5S requirements inside the warehouse.
Complete applicable warehouse documentation and gadget transactions accurately.
Report damaged, missing, fallacious or non-conforming substances to the applicable supervisor.
Support environment friendly warehouse operations and make certain non-stop cloth availability to production.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Valid Forklift License / Certificate.
Minimum two years’ journey in warehouse operations and forklift using .
Experience in cloth issuing, inventory counting, loading and offloading of trucks.
Basic grasp of warehouse, first-rate and protection procedures.
Good communication, numerical and organizational skills.
Attention to element and dedication to inventory accuracy.
Ability to work successfully in a group and below pressure.
Willingness and potential to work shifts, along with day/night shifts.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends and public vacations when operationally required.
